Afro-Hip Hop is a dance workout created by Tatiana Zamir– it’s a great way to get your cardio while having fun at the same time.The moves and music will get your blood pumping and put a smile on your face. You can do this class while wearing your little one if you like.


Dance teacher and mama Talulah Gough guides us through some simple movements to open new pathways in the body, get our blood flowing, and help us tap into our creativity. These gentle movements and simple choreography are appropriate for all skill levels and can be practiced during pregnancy.
